Symptoms

Application with a custom View Handler presents NullPointerException in 12c.

java.lang.NullPointerException
 at oracle.adfinternal.view.faces.context.AdfFacesContextImpl.calculateViewDeclarationLanguageId(AdfFacesContextImpl.java:677)
 at oracle.adfinternal.view.faces.lifecycle.LifecycleImpl._restoreView(LifecycleImpl.java:1024)
 at oracle.adfinternal.view.faces.lifecycle.LifecycleImpl._executePhase(LifecycleImpl.java:359)

In 11g this error doesn't happen.
