OID 12c - Recovering from an Accidentally Deleted Primary Instance of an OID Cluster / Encountering oidmon.log Error "gslsggECreateInstance: Configset entry not found" (Doc ID 2537538.1)

Issue: Accidental 12c "oid1" Instance deletion from a Cluster - Error: "gslsggECreateInstance: Configset entry not found"

Full Description

Accidentally deleted the Primary Instance (oid1) of an 12c OID Cluster environment, and managed to remove the entry for the instance oid1 from the ldap directory, in cn=osdldapd, cn=subconfigsubentry.

After this, there is only one entry there, for cn=oid2 (the second instance).

 - Tried to issue a command like the following example, to restore the "oid1" Cluster Instance:

oidctl connect=oiddb server=oidldapd name=oid1 instance=1 componentname=oid1 host=<OID_HOSTNAME> add

 - But seen in the "oidmon.log" file are the following errors:

Changes

Accidental deletion of the primary (oid1) instance, and removal of the entry for the instance "oid1" from the ldap directory.
