Issue: Custom Attribute Syntax changes between Version 126.96.36.199.x and Version 188.8.131.52.x OUD
After upgrading the environment from OUD 184.108.40.206.x to OUD 220.127.116.11.0 data associated with an entry that includes a Custom User Defined Attribute with specification of a Binary Syntax can no longer be updated correctly via "ldapmodify", or any other command type.
An example of this type of Entry Update Failure, from an OUD "Access" Log file, is as follows:
Environment Upgrade from OUD 18.104.22.168.0 to OUD 22.214.171.124.0
