Issue: Custom Attribute Syntax changes between Version and Version OUD

Situation Description

After upgrading the environment from OUD to OUD data associated with an entry that includes a Custom User Defined Attribute with specification of a Binary Syntax can no longer be updated correctly via "ldapmodify", or any other command type.
