WebLogic DefaultAuthenticator User Export Shows CreateTimestamp Value is Off By One Month (Doc ID 2537942.1)

Symptoms

When performing an export of the DefaultAuthenticator in WebLogic Admin Console (Security Realms > myrealm > Providers > DefaultAuthenticator > Migration > Export), the createTimestamp value is off by 1 month for every user.

Looking at the ldif file the date would be shown as

createTimestamp: 201904011213Z

for a user that was created in May.
