(Doc ID 2538760.1)
Last updated on OCTOBER 07, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle API Gateway - Version 11.1.2.1.0 to 11.1.2.4.0 [Release 11gR1]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
It was observed that a query string parameter failed to scan a second occurrence of a query parameter for threatening content.
For example, in the following request URL the ‘<PARAMETER1>’ parameter is repeated twice but the threatening content scan is just performed for “<PARAMETER1>=<VALUE1>” and the second occurrence "<PARAMETER1>=<VALUE2>" is not scanned:
https://<HOST>:<PORT>/<URI>?<PARAMETER2>=<VALUE>&<PARAMETER3>=<VALUE>&<PARAMETER1>=<VALUE1>&<PARAMETER4>=<VALUE>&<PARAMETER1>=<VALUE2>
