Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Apache Web Server

When attempting to start OHS with opmnctl the following error occurs.



Changes

The FMW WebTier Solftware is installed and running on a Solaris Zone. In this case a Solaris 10 zone.
The Host or LDOM where the zone is running was recently upgraded from Solaris 11.3 to Solaris 11.4.
