eSSO - Logon Error When Authenticating Across Different Domains With The LDAPv2 Authentication Method And Active Directory Synchronization (Doc ID 2541050.1)

It is require to have users from Active Directory Domain 2 (<ACTIVE_DIRECTORY_DOMAIN2>\<USERID_2>) authenticate and store credentials in Active Directory Domain 1 as <ACTIVE_DIRECTORY_DOMAIN1>\<USERID_1>.

The synchronization to Domain 1 completes successfully from the computer in Domain 2 but when the users are prompted to authenticate Domain 1 via the LDAP v2 primary authentication method in ESSO-LM, the following error message appears:

ERROR:

"The logon process was not successful. Please recheck your password and try again."
