WebCenter Content Is Generating Thumbnails Without Transparency In Images (Doc ID 2541606.1)

When WebCenter Content is configured to generate thumbnail for the PDF's, the thumbnails are displaying black boxes where there should be image transparency. This issue only happens with PDF's that were generated using the latest version of InDesign CC and was not a problem prior. The actual PDF's appear fine.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Log onto WebCenter Content as an admin.
2. Navigate to Administration -> Configure Thumbnail Options.
3. Check mark - Enable this server to create thumbnail images and click Update.
4. Check-in PDF's that were generated using the latest version of Adobe InDesign CC.
5. WebCenter Content generates the thumbnails for the PDFs.
6. The thumbnails are displaying black boxes where there should be image transparency.
