Symptoms

After the user inputs WCC Content UI folder URL to the browser address bar, the Preferences page is displayed on the browser.
Then, if the user clicks "Continue" button, nothing happens.

If "Show the Accessibility Preferences page after log in" is not checked, this issue is not reproduced.
