WCC:Records CONTENTRETENTIONSTEPS table is storing incorrect values for ddocauthor field.

Category Author (dCatAuthor) is being stored rather than the document contributor (dDocAuthor).

It is working as expected in 11g system but failing in 12C system is incorrectly storing the Category Author.
