Slow Start WebLogic AdminServer with Configured Collated OHS (Doc ID 2544810.1)

Symptoms

Admin Server is starting slow (minimum 60 minutes) when it is configured a link which leads to OHS htdocs directory with thousands of files (eg. 75.ooo files and .snapshots of 220.000 files).

What happens is that the AdminServer Process reads the complete Directory of <72.000 files on htdocs of the OHS which takes up to 60 minutes.

Changes

 OHS htdocs directory was created under config folder.
