Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.3, a remote file is inaccessible for bulk load.

ODI-1228: Task Procedure-Insert_<TABLE_NAME>-Insert <TABLE_NAME> table fails on the target connection <TARGET_CONNECTION>.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Cannot bulk load because the file <FILE> could not be opened. Operating system error code 5(Access is denied.).
