Exalogic Virtual: Newly Created Guest vServers From EMOC Do Not Have Network Bond Interfaces (Doc ID 2546742.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks, issue of newly created vServers not having network bond interfaces is observed.

There is no error in EMOC job log for the vServer creation. But when trying to login to newly created vserver, there is no network. Checking inside the /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ directory inside the guest vserver there is no ifcfg-bondX configuration files.
