After upgrading WebCenter Enterprise Capture from 188.8.131.52.0 to 184.108.40.206.0 and using Microsoft Exchange Web Service (EWS) in place of IMAP for email connectivity, there is an issue where processed emails are still marked unread in the email processed folder.
