"Page Not Found" when Testing WebCenter Portal 12c Task Flows (Doc ID 2548151.1)

Goal

In WebCenter Portal, when testing the seeded taskflows, the result is "Page Not Found".

For example:

1. In WebCenter Portal, navigate to Assets > Task Flows or Administration > Shared Assets > Task Flows.
2. Here the Portal Side Navigation and Portal Top Navigation is displayed.
3. Click Portal Side Navigation.
4. Click on "Settings" (any of the options will do the same) and the User gets "Page Not Found".
