OUD 11g 12c - LDAP Subentry Password Policy in Conjunction with Password Validators and / or Password Generators Functionality (Doc ID 2548718.1)

A Password Policy has been created in OUD via ODSM (or OUDSM in 12c) using the password subentry mechanism, however the pwdminlength attribute is not working even though it is set as 16.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On OUD 11g or 12c
2. Create a custom Password Policy via ODSM
3. Attempt to use the pwdminlength attribute value

When defining a password policy as an LDAP subentry, the password policy is defined in the Directory Information Tree (DIT) rather than under cn=config (where the Default Password Policy is defined).
