Using SQL Developer 19.1 against 11.2.0.4 Database Results in RealTime SQL Monitor Plan Statistics Tab to have blurred results.

Steps to Reproduce:

Log in as SYS user against database 11.2.0.4.0

Execute this sample query:

Go to Tools -> Choose Real Time Sql Monitor
Click on a row, then tabs come up.
Now the Plan Statistics are shown as expected.

In summary, this works with SQL Developer 19.1 using 12.1.0.2 database, but shows blurry when using 11.2.0.4 database.

Upgraded from 18.4 to 19.1 SQL Developer.
