Symptoms

OPSS is using AdminServer LDAP host:port even though WLS configuration for said ManagedServer Master-First is not chosen. This issue is causing ManagedServer and application to go in hung state if Admin is hung and all calls on ManagedServer getting stuck on LDAP calls.
