ODI 12c Transactions are Incorrectly Committed when Using "IKM Oracle Incremental Update (MERGE)" (Doc ID 2550918.1)

Symptoms

A mapping has been configured in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.3.0 which makes use of the Integration Knowledge Module (IKM) called "IKM Oracle Incremental Update (MERGE)".

Even though the IKM has been set to "No Commit" and/or "Commit=False", individual Transactions are still committed to the database after they are executed.

The proper behavior would be to have all steps committed at the end of the mapping execution.
