Users that have Portal Group Based Memberships are Unable to Upload Content to WebCenter Content (WCC)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
- WCC 11.1.1.9 and all versions of 12c.
- WebCenter Portal is integrated to the WCC.
- On a portal, LDAP groups are added as Portal members.
- The membership, either Portal Manager or Participant is allowed permissions to upload (check in content to WCC)
- Users that are members of these LDAP groups can open the Documents page and see the items listed, but Upload button is grayed out.
