Symptoms
ISSUE

Inbound Refinery (IBR) shows up and running in the logs but is inaccessible when trying to log in.
ERROR
-----------------------
URL Not Accessible
STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. Start the IBR managed server.
2. Once the server is in RUNNING status, access the server in browser. (Example: http://<hostname>:16250/ibr )
3. After giving login credentials, URL is not accessible.
BUSINESS IMPACT

User(s) unable to access IBR URL.
