Oracle Access Manager Standard OUD Phone Attribute Cannot Be Retrieved In UserInfo (Doc ID 2552377.1)

Symptoms

OAM 12.2.1.3.0

Customer has created a Domain, a Resource Server and a Client.
Client has set to retrieve the attribute {"attrName":"telephonenumber","attrValue":"$user.attr.telephonenumber","attrType":DYNAMIC}] from the user.

When running the application, token bring the telephonenumber but the userInfo came without the number for the phone.

Scope has been set to phone and still the issue persist.
