Symptoms
WLST offline command updateDomain() returns MDS-00003 error if the schema database is down. This is explained in the following note.
WLST offline command updateDomain() returns MDS-00003 when schema database is offline (Doc ID <Note:2455250.1>)
However, also in case the schema database is configured by RAC and the first DB node is down(Another DB node is working), updateDomain() returns MDS-00003 error.
For example, if the JDBC URL value is as follows, <NODE1> is the first DB node that explained above.
