Goal

Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3.x) How To Configure The Timeout For The Authentication Request (Login Page)

Scenario

  • When the user accesses the WebGate protected page, and will be redirected to the OAM login page.
  • Wait for 16 minuets
  • Enter the username and password
  • Will be redirected to the OAM blue screen error

Questions

  • Do we have any timeout setting that controls this behavior?
  • Can this type of timeout be disabled?
