WFR WebVerifier Release Dialog Window Not Functioning As Expected (Doc ID 2555660.1)

Symptoms

The WFR WebVerifier release dialog window is not functioning as expected.

1. When a user releases an invoice from WFR, a Dialog Window appears asking which of the following two actions to perform:

    a) Verify the next invalid batch in the list,

       OR

    b) Close the batch and return to the batch list.

When the user selects the option "b) Close batch and return to the batch list", it closes the first batch and progresses to the next batch instead of returning to the batch list.

Changes

Installation or Upgrade to WFR 12.2.1.3 or later.
