Symptoms

After integrating Imaging 12.2.1.3.0 with EBS 12.2.6, the customer was unable to open the Imaging Tasklist from EBS zoom button. The error is: "unhandled exception in AXFCustom.launch_command_soap SQLCODE-31011:ORA-31011:XML parsing failed".

Changes

New installation of Imaging 12.2.1.3.
