Symptoms

While applying PSU to Exalogic Virtual racks, when upgrading Exalogic Control services (ecservices) issue of patching failing with "patch_el_echo_falcon_pc.tgz: Cannot open: No such file or directory" error is seen.

Below is error thrown on console when running Exapatch.
