Encounter Error RCU-6131 When Runnning RCU for Enterprise Data Quality Installation (Doc ID 2559194.1)

Symptoms

During installation of Oracle Fusion Middleware with Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) an error is raised at the point of Data Load in the RCU execution.

ON selecting Data Load the following error pop-up is shown

  ERROR - RCU-6130 Action failed
  Cause - RCU-6130 Action failed -
  ERROR RCU-6131 Error while connecting to the database
  CAUSE - RCU-6131 An error occurred while connecting to the database.
  ACTION - RCU-6131 Provide correct database details and try again, or contact the system administrator..
  Action - RCU-6130 Check the actions for the component or contact the system administrator.
