OID 11g: Errors 'Failed to load server configuration. Check the Internet Directory Server logs' While Accessing The Server Properties And Wallet Using Selfsigned Cert With SS Mode 2 Config. (Doc ID 2560154.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Directory Integration Platform

Followed metalink note 'How to Configure 11g DIP for SSL Mode 2 Server Authentication (Doc ID 1203927.1) to configure DIP SSL' and the DIP test connectivity is successful.
However, the below error comes up on the EM console while accessing the server properties and wallet from the newly created OID instance (oidssl).

ERROR
-----------------------
"Failed to load server configuration. Check the Internet Directory Server logs."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into EM console
2. Select the new oid instance created 'oidssl'.
3. Click on Administration/Server properties.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot administer the new oidinstance 'oidssl' from the EM console.

Changes

 Java upgrade in the environment.
