Symptoms

Followed note 'How to Configure 11g DIP for SSL Mode 2 Server Authentication (Doc ID 1203927.1) to configure DIP SSL' and the DIP test connectivity is successful.
However, the below error comes up on the EM console while accessing the server properties and wallet from the newly created OID instance (oidssl).

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log into EM console
2. Select the new oid instance created 'oidssl'.
3. Click on Administration/Server properties.
