Unable To Save Asset Due to Database Issue (Doc ID 2560599.1)

After uploading image to asset, can not Save the asset. In the browser UI shows following error:

In the database alert_ORCL.log shows:

ORA-01691: unable to extend lob segment string.string by string in tablespace string

Additionally, in Enterprise Manager DB Express shows tablespace size for Users is full.
