Enterprise Capture Email Not Processed From Inbox with Special Character in Subject Line and Attachment Title (Doc ID 2560823.1)

Symptoms

WebCenter Enterprise Capture is unable to import mail from the email inbox for two emails from the same vendor. No error is captured in the logs. However, the behavior occurs when the mail is placed in the inbox.  Capture imports all the other mail except the specific mail.
