Updating JDK After Installing and Configuring a FMW Product (Doc ID 2562059.1)

 Customer has a OBIEE domain. Their requirement is to use JDK available along with binaries in oracle_common folder.

Doc ID 2259016.1 was followed to change Java from local to Oracle_common.

Switching jdk to that under oracle_common, caused NodeManager startup to fail with the below error :

NMProcess: Mar 19, 2019 3:08:02 PM preStart
NMProcess: INFO: Jps startup failed.
