WebCenter Enterprise Capture Upgrade Assistant Fails Index Tests For ECAUDIT

Goal
When running the 12c Upgrade Assistant including Capture the following messages are returned and the Capture upgrade readiness test fails:
Starting index test for table ECAUDIT: TEST_REQUIRED_INDEXES --> Test that the table contains all the required indexes
EXCEPTION CAPTURE_READINESS_STANDARD_QUERY_FAILED
Completed index test for table ECAUDIT: TEST_REQUIRED_INDEXES --> Test that the table contains all the required indexes +++ FAIL
Starting index test for table ECAUDIT: TEST_UNEXPECTED_INDEXES --> Test that the table does not contain any unexpected indexes
EXCEPTION CAPTURE_READINESS_STANDARD_QUERY_FAILED
Completed index test for table ECAUDIT: TEST_UNEXPECTED_INDEXES --> Test that the table does not contain any unexpected indexes +++ FAIL
EXCEPTION CAPTURE_READINESS_STANDARD_QUERY_FAILED
