Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual racks issue of Guest vservers (VM's) auto rebooting unexpectedly is seen.

Prior to auto rebooting below EXT4-fs (dm-4) messages are seen in /var/log/messages system logs.

This issue can be seem with any OL version Guest vservers.

Changes
