Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.3.0 version,

Followed the note 2351623.1 and set the Session Lifetime (minutes) value = 480 but the session expires after 60 minutes and the Users are experiencing System error on /oam/server/fed/sp/sso and after reentering the URL Bad Request 400 at re-login.
