Symptoms

Default Patches 26051289, 26261906, 26287183, 26355633 are not applied at the time of infrastructure installation.

Below errors are seen in install<timestamp>.log

When comparing opatch lsinventory output of the successfully installed infrastructure on other instance it was found that by default patches that gets applied during infrastructure installation were not installed
