OdiSftpGet with "-REMOTE_FILE" File Pattern Fails after Patch 29205229 Is Applied (Doc ID 2567576.1)

Symptoms

After applying Patch 29205229, OdiSftpGet no longer works as expected and fails with error:

org.apache.commons.vfs2.FileSystemException: Unknown message with code "ODI-30089: Source file "<REMOTE_PATH_TO_FILE>" does not exist".
