Can not use Admin Console Help when using HTTPS via plugin (Doc ID 2568466.1)

Symptoms

The environment is Apache + Plugin + WLS12.2.1.3, enable HTTPS for Apache and redirect all request to WebLogic with HTTP.

Sample configuration of Apache&Plugin:

SSLCertificateFile "xxxx.crt"
SSLCertificateKeyFile "xxxx.key"

WLSRequest On
WebLogicHost XXXXXX
WebLogicPort XXXX
<Location>

Admin Console can be used normally, but 'General SSLEngine problem' occurs when accessing Admin Console Help via HTTPS through Apache & plugin.

e.g. https://localhost/consolehelp
