OdiDeleteScen in ODI 12c Does Not Delete Scenario Logs (Doc ID 2568611.1)

Goal

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g, when deleting a Scenario from command line using OdiDeleteScen, the associated Session would always be deleted.

In ODI 12c 12.2.1.0.0 and later, this has changed, and when deleting the Scenario from command line, the associated Session is never deleted.

Is this the new intended behavior in ODI?
