Application Re-deployment Does Not Update the Application on All of the Cluster Nodes (Doc ID 2570380.1)

Symptoms

After deploying a new version of an application to a cluster, it is noticed that the changes to the application is seen only in one of the cluster nodes. When the application is accessed directly on the other cluster node, it shows up the old version of the application instead of the updated app.

 Staging mode is used for the deployment
