Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to access a new folder in Content Manager in WebCenter Portal just after creating the folder, the following error occurs.
System failure occurred. Contact your site administrator.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Connect to WebCenter Portal.
- Go to a Portal with Documents Service enabled.
- Create a folder.
- Try to navigate to the new folder right away after creating it.
The error occurs.
