Symptoms


When attempting to access a new folder in Content Manager in WebCenter Portal just after creating the folder, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error:
System failure occurred. Contact your site administrator.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Connect to WebCenter Portal.

  2. Go to a Portal with Documents Service enabled.

  3. Create a folder.

  4. Try to navigate to the new folder right away after creating it.
    The error occurs.
