ODSEE11g: ODSEE Instance crash /corruption occurs after Microsoft Windows Security update (Doc ID 2571621.1)

Symptoms

ODSEE Version: 11.1.1.7.181016

After weekly weekend (shutdown), when the server started the following window services ( ODSEE instances are registered as window service) did not run and due to this LDAP server is unavailable:Service Names (Display Name)*



Changes

 The windows updates/patches were auto installed in the server, below are the lists of the patches. It was installed when the server was turned-on.
