Symptoms
Siteminder authentication using OVD is failing after migrated to OVD 11.1.1.9.
Back to OVD 11.1.1.7 the same authentication was working without any issue.
Describe the problem.

Migration from OVD 11.1.1.7 to OVD 11.1.1.9. Environment is using a join adapter between a OUD LDAP server (used for password authentication) and a DB adapter (Microsoft SQL Server) used for attributes.
During authorization to Siteminder, application is performing a search against join adapter (as seen in logs) requesting some attributes but no result is return.
