Symptoms

On : 12.2.0.2.2 version, 1 - Oracle DB backend

GoldenGate heartbeattable not populated after creation

After adding heartbeattable no records populated to GG_HERTBEAT table and GG_LAG view. Scheduled job "GG_UPDATE_HEARTBEATS" worked without errors.
Oracle database version 11.2.0.4
GG version 12.2.0.2.2 OGGCORE_12.2.0.2.0_PLATFORMS_170630.0419_FBO
OS version Linux, x64, 64bit
There are no errors in ggserror.log or database alert.log
