Symptoms

EMOC creates a Disk IO Queue incident against a compute node referencing a specific disk, however the compute node is not showing any hardware or disk faults.
The mentioned disk is also not shown in 'dmsetup ls' output.

Example:
Incident may state:

"Incident Description: Disk IO Queue Length dm-1 has reached 5.4"

Executing dmsetup ls does not show a disk called dm-1.
