Auto Approved Requests Are Not Shown In Track Requests (Doc ID 2574340.1)

How to track requests that are provisioned manually by XELSYSADM through 'Request Access' tile as they are not showing up in 'Track Requests'.

Currently, there are no approval workflow on the Active Directory Account and its corresponding Entitlements, so they are fulfilled as soon as the Request is submitted through 'Request Access' tile.

Is there a way to search the Requests that are being made through 'Request Access' Tile?
