Requests Through OHS to Weblogic are Delayed Due to Invalid IP Being Used by the Weblogic Plugin

Information in this document applies to any platform.
There is a delay in some requests to OHS that route to Weblogic using the Weblogic Plugin. Requests fail with an error indicating an IP address is used for the request that is not valid from OHS. The OHS log will contain an error showing a message like,
trying connect to <IP>
where the IP is not one configured for the Weblogic plugin.
