Symptoms

After configuring a load balancer for https access to the bpm workspace the login begins to fail.   You'll see a page similiar to as if you had entered a wrong username/password:


The message displayed is "Invalid Id or Password. Please try again."

 

After reviewing the HTTP traffic you may see 403 response code similar to this:

 

 Another problem could be that after you login to the Worklist or Workspace the page loops over and over as it tries to pull back the response.
