Goal

The documentation says that doing a full collection rebuild is a required step when moving from Folders_g to FrameworkFolders, but doesn't specify which type of indexing is configured on the content server.  Do we need to do a full collection rebuild when moving from Folders_g to FrameworkFolders if we're using DATABASE.METADATA indexing?
