How To Stop the WFR Cedar Services? (Doc ID 2576639.1)

Goal

In an environment, there are a total of eight servers where WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) is installed.  However, only two servers show "Cedar Runtime Service Host Module". The message 'Cedar Runtime Service Host Module was holding the file' is returned when installing server updates.

Please confirm where the Cedar Runtime services can be shutdown in order to install server updates.
